Here's a great example of well-made, inexpensive cleat (don't see: the F30.8) that Adidas went the extra mile on. They used a full-grain leather with a decent stretch and a good deal of comfort and stylish design. Obviously modeled after the original adiPure, the adiNova is very nearly equally comfortable.
A great shoe for a budget, and an even better cleat for practice, as they break in quickly and capably. They look like a classic shoe, but they're actually a more current look.
