Orders received before 1PM EST on standard business days will be processed and shipped on that day or the following day. After 1PM EST or on non-standard business days will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Like we said, we're a small business at heart, and treat our customers as such. If the item you ordered isn't what we said it was, we'll refund your money as soon as possible upon return. As for defects or damaged items, the same policy applies, with only a few exceptions. Upon returning your defective or damaged item, we'll refund your money as quickly as possible, or point you in the right direction, if the situation requires it.
