International Shipping is a new thing for us, but we'll be as detailed as we possible can.
- All International Orders will be subject to VAT and Customs fees associated with the local government. Keep these charges in mind when ordering, because they can be significant, and cannot be included in your shipping fee from GolStore.com
- We at GolStore.com ship internationally using the United States Postal Service. With the lowest international rates available, and the lowest brokerage fees, USPS makes sense for us and the consumer.
- For Expedited International Orders, we use UPS. Keep in mind, with UPS there may also be a more significant brokerage fee associated with getting your order to your door. In the instance of excessive brokerage fees, please keep in mind that GolStore.com cannot include this fee into our shipping amounts.
- All orders are subject to verification. It is imperative that you provide the correct email and phone information so that we can contact you in the instance that an order does require verification. If your order does require verification and we aren't able to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- Rejected shipments are subject to fees and coverage of any shipping costs of the initial order. If we ship the product in a timely manner and the product matches your order, we will not be able to refund your full amount.
- All order are subject to acceptance standards. If for any reason GolStore.com feels an order cannot be filled properly, is inaccurately placed, or is subject to quantity limits we reserve the right to reject the order.
- Our Privacy Policy extends to our International Customers as well. We collect information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not sell information ever, under any circumstances.
- We do not accept special orders or backorders on products shipped Internationally as of now. If you have any doubt about the availability of an item, contact us immediately to find out if it is available.
